Complete Package $365
Includes full registration, room (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, double occupancy) and eight meals (breakfast Saturday through lunch Monday), including the banquet and fashion show.
Commuter Special $275
Registration and meals as above, no room (10 commuter spaces available on first-come, first-served basis)
Material Fees
These are not included in the registration fees and are paid directly to the instructor at the class.

Registration
April 1 through July 15, 2007. Please mail completed registration form with check or money order for all fees, except materials fees (U.S. funds only, payable to Eastern Great Lakes Fiber conference) and a legal size SASE to : EGLFC/Registrar, P.O. Box 665, Buffalo, NY 14207.
Confirmation letters will be mailed after May 1. To request a refund, contact REGISTRAR. If written cancellation notice is received by July 15, a full refund (less a $25 handling fee) will be made. After July 15, a refund cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will be mailed after August 15. Please enclose a SASE with your request for a refund.
