Guild Members Exhibit

I hope you are all putting the finishing touches on your masterpieces because the exhibit opening will be here before you know it! I want to give you a few dates and details to put on your calendars so that you can plan ahead and not miss any deadlines.
Intent to Submit:  these forms, along with a $20 entry fee (for 1-5 works), are due on August 21. If circumstances warrant, we will continue to accept the forms until September 16 at our welcome back meeting.
Patrons: if you know of anyone who may be interested in placing an advertisement or sentiment in our exhibit program, please pass a donor/patron form along to them. We also encourage our members to place a booster ad yourself in the program to show support for the guild & exhibit. Patrons are due September 16.

Invitations: will be available after September 1 to all interested members up to a maximum of 10. There is a place on your intent to submit forms to request quantity needed. They will be available after Sept 1 by contacting me or may be picked up at the meeting on Sept 16.
